Harold Lasseter was born on 27/9/1880 and according to Sullivan's Diary on this date in 1930, Lasseter and Johns were resting at Mount Olga after their arduous crossing of Lake Amadeus a couple of days earlier.

This extrapolation of dates and places is based on Lasseter's so called diary, a highly questionable document that is in no sense a diary. However, for the purpose of constructing a record of events it is the only source available, the maps in Lasseter's notebook 'conveniently' end at Mount Olga??.
